Ali Vaughn Jewellery is happy to exchange your item if you so wish. Perhaps you got it as a present and it is just not your style. No problem, I will exchange it for you for a different piece.
If you request a refund of purchase I am happy to do so provided the following criteria applies:
- You can provide proof of purchase if necessary
- The jewellery piece is returned within 14 days of receipt
- The jewellery piece is in the same condition as when purchased
- The jewellery piece is unworn
- The jewellery piece is returned in the original packaging
- The shipping costs for return is borne by customer
- The shipping carrier is decided by customer but it is advisable to get a tracking number
For health and safety reasons, an exchange cannot be offered on earrings.
